Skye Wealth is a financial planning company based in Australia. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join the team.
Job Description
- Work with stakeholders across the company to gather data, create reports, and analyze business operations data
- Generate regular reports on revenue and commission reconciliation, deal reports on the CRM, and other metrics as needed
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to support decision-making across the organization
- Help design and implement processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Assist with creating and enforcing employee policies, including managing payroll, attendance, and monitoring sick and vacation leaves
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality in all work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance, economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
- Attention to detail: Maintains high standards of accuracy and precision in all aspects of work, ensuring quality and reliability of reports and data
- Excellent communication skills: Effectively collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, gathers data, and presents reports in a clear and concise manner
- Integrity and confidentiality: Demonstrates ethical conduct, handles sensitive data and information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of operations processes: Familiarity with operational procedures and best practices to streamline processes and identify areas for improvement
- Strong work ethic: Displays dedication, reliability, and ownership in delivering high-quality work consistently and meeting job responsibilities
- Proficiency in technology: Comfortable with using relevant software tools and systems for data analysis, report generation, and process implementation
- Personal interest in the ai space (like ChatGPT) and its capabilities it can bring to a small business
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
