Customer Services Representative - Female [Pakistan]


 

Join our team as the Customer Services Rep and be the first point of contact for our customers. As the digital representative of our company, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our customers (incoming and outgoing calls).

Responsibilities:

Making calls to interested customers who want to purchase our services

Handling customer calls and queries

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our customers using our software

Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately

Following up with customers who are interested

Sending reminder messages to customers

Providing support to other departments.

The interested candidate must have atleast 2 years experience in a similar role having a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Rs28,467.00 - Rs35,846.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
