Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert answers to questions about products Etc.
  • Identify and address customer needs with a goal to satisfy
  • Respond quickly and accurately to a large volume of customer inquiries
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency
  • Log and document issues and resolutions in your customer database

Required skills and qualifications:

Ability to work individually and with a team.

Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.

Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.

Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,925.37 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
