Your responsibilities:
- Manage an active calendar of appointments for the global CEO, including scheduling and coordination.
- Complete administrative tasks such as expense reports, correspondence preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and facilitator, providing direct access to the CEO's time and office.
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with VP's, Directors, Managers and others regarding programmatic initiatives.
- Research and prioritize incoming issues, determining appropriate actions or responses.
- Keep the CEO well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, acting as a "barometer" of environmental issues.
- Provide leadership and manage special projects with organizational impact.
- Support the COO's ability to effectively lead the company through drafting presentations and facilitating deliverables.
- Travel to costumers if needed, to represent the CEO.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in Supply Chain or a related division, with preference given to those with multi-country, multicultural exposure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, Managers, and external partners.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and provide high-level customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Forward-thinking mindset, seeking opportunities, and proposing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
