Sales Admin [Philippines]

Responsibilities:

  • Will handle social media accounts such as Lazada, Shopee, FB and IG.
  • Answering queries and offering alternative products if not available.
  • Contacting customers and clients via emails, phone calls and meet-ups.
  • Raises and discuss issues or conflicts involving customers and products.
  • Coordinate orders to other departments.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mails and orders, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field.
  • With proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a similar role in the Sales Department (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)
  • Understanding of Sales Achievement Metrics and related KPIs.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding Oral & Written Communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Cubao, QC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,500.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
