Responsibilities:
- Will handle social media accounts such as Lazada, Shopee, FB and IG.
- Answering queries and offering alternative products if not available.
- Contacting customers and clients via emails, phone calls and meet-ups.
- Raises and discuss issues or conflicts involving customers and products.
- Coordinate orders to other departments.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mails and orders, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field.
- With proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a similar role in the Sales Department (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok)
- Understanding of Sales Achievement Metrics and related KPIs.
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding Oral & Written Communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Willing to work on-site in Cubao, QC
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,500.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
