We seeking a creative and detail-oriented part-time Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, ready to create design plans and detailed drawings on an hourly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with our interior design team to understand project requirements and generate detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
2. Draft and prepare interior layout drawings of the given structures, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
3. Coordinate with designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure all designs are accurately represented in the drawings.
4. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from design reviews, ensuring all adjustments and alterations are accurate and effectively communicate the design intent.
5. Work with the design team to produce material and finish selections, furniture plans, and specifications.
6. Contribute to the overall presentation of interior design concepts through graphical representations.
7. Deliver completed work within established deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards throughout all projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
2. Experience in drafting for interior design projects.
3. Strong understanding of spatial design, furniture design, and the principles of color, light, and materials.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team.
6. Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks.
7. A diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: RM1,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
