· Serve guests in a courteous, helpful, and prompt manner.
· To maintain effective relations with the guest whether for dine-in, delivery, or take-away.
· Handling guest orders through calls, using standard talk lines.
Welcome, acknowledge/ greet, and seat the guests.
· Know the menu in and out, as well as out-of-stock items, before shift starts.
· Setting up of tables and preparation of mis-en-place.
Perform other related duties as may be directed by the immediate supervisor.
· Must demonstrate good moral fitness and ethical standards.
· Takes pride in serving the guests and service is in the blood
· Must possess knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
· Highly skilled in taking orders and relaying to kitchen and bar staff
· Ability to act on own initiative and handle stress well
· Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards
· In-depth product knowledge of different kinds of food and beverages
Requirements
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· At least 2 years of working experience as a Waiter/Waitress
· Flexibility to work in shifts
· Food safety training would be an added advantage

Salary: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
