Your Impact
As TDG's Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you'll be a key player in taking our holding group's financial management to the next level. Leading the FP&A department, you'll ensure its effective and efficient operation.
Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, this role requires an energetic, agile, and highly technical financial professional. You'll coach and lead a talented FP&A team of two members while collaborating closely with all company departments. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial models, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, forecasting future trends, and providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
The successful candidate will be based at TDG’s Headquarters in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual closing processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts.
- Provide timely and accurate data to support the reporting process to management.
We’re looking for someone who
- Holds a BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant field. A Master Degree will be considered as advantage.
- Has 5+ years of experience in Finance/Commercial Finance department, preferably in a multinational company.
- Displays strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Is able to develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Has previous experience with ERP and BI tools.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs.
- Is proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and special assignments.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Is fluent in English.
