Operations and Administration Coordinator (FT) [Canada]


 

Pravada Floors Inc., based out of South Surrey, British Columbia, is a leading North American wood flooring manufacturer. Our stylish and popular wood flooring products are a preferred choice for designers, architects, and builders. We are a fast-expanding business with a passion for growing our company with like-minded and equally passionate individuals.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. This position offers a competitive wage, overtime pay, full medical, dental, extended health benefits package, room for advancement, and a team environment.
DUTIES:
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations such as order entry, order processing, and coordination of shipping/receiving.
  • Responsible for daily customer account correspondence including product and account inquiries.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of product inventory.
  • General sales and customer service support.
  • Responsible for sending out monthly account statements including contacting accounts for payment and collections.
  • Filing, organizing, and answering phone calls.

Qualifications:
  • Post Secondary Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demanding customer environment with a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Show a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Must be detail-oriented and an excellent team player.
