About the job

By joining our team as a Retention Account Manager you’ll help us to retain our core customer base and you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.

What We Expect from You as A Retention Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining client portfolios
  • Communicating with clients daily - mainly via phone and emails
  • To plan and carry out account management and sales activities, to maintain and grow existing customers by the company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Resolving and/or escalating customer account issues in a timely fashion to the appropriate.
  • Achieving sales targets associated with existing customer accounts.

The ideal Retention Account Manager will possess the following:

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, or German
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Experience isn't essential; however, a Sales Executive / Sales Broker / Sales Trader and bilingual or any experience in Forex and Cryptocurrency would be beneficial.
