As an E-Commerce Operations Assistant, you will support the continuous improvement of the customer & user experience across your operational area (Customer Service, /E-Commerce/Strategy). You will work closely with the operational team to understand the actions required to enable this and have a flexible approach to support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
· Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
· Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
· Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide guidance
· Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
· Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
· Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
· Keeping up with the latest trends
· Looking for influencers that match our brand
(Micro) Influencer Communications:
· Messages to recruit influencers
· Support emails to answer questions from influencers
· Create reminders so that influencers meet the campaigns’ deadlines
· Follow-up emails thanking the influencers for their participating
Coordinating with the Marketing Team:
· Be up to date about company’s marketing and promotional activities
· Get and give feedback about influencer campaigns’ results
Other Tasks:
· Translate / Check the correctness of translations from English to Romanian
Role Requirements
· Great communication skills, written and orally
· Detail oriented
· Fluency in Romanian and English
· Computer Literacy
· Problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Social Media Savvy
· Adaptability to work with process and changes
· No previous working experience is required
