Location : Iloilo City, Philippines

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

1.To direct and manage the technical application/key-operator support operations of QuidelOrtho Philippines according to his/her territorial assignment and standards set by QuidelOrtho ASPAC and according to the goals and objectives set by QuidelOrtho Laboratory Specialist Manager.

2.To deliver training to customers to ensure customers operate instruments correctly and efficiently.

3.To deliver efficient installation and commissioning of all instruments and assays according to procedures/protocols.

4.To report complaint within 24 hours of awareness and deliver timely and effective troubleshooting service to maximize uptime of all instruments and improve customer experience and also to provide a level of service that ensures customer retention by routine interfacing and rapport building with all appropriate levels in customers.

5.To ensure maximum menu expansion for existing accounts use by all customers through professional explanation and active promotion of the benefits of QuidelOrtho products and services.

6.To handle Field Corrective Actions as per SOP requirement and comply with all applicable policies and procedures set by QuidelOrtho management.

7.Contribute scientific and technical knowledge of products and their application to sales team as part of winning new accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred

BS Medical Technology

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Technical and application Support Specialist Role

Product and Market Knowledge

Has demonstrated experience in laboratory medicine through working in diagnostic laboratories and/or in IVD company

Shows clear understanding of how IVD products are used and applied to patient care

Keeps abreast of developments in laboratory medicine and passes this information to both customers and company colleagues

Minimum Years of Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to explain technical issues to customers

Good customer service skills

Highly proficient with computer applications

Customer relationship building
